This is part 2 of 2 of my 2018 Valentine’s Outfit Inspo post. Check out part 1 here: The Red Valentine.

A little silhouette dress with lace, velvet trim, and a low-cut criss-cross back, paired with 5” rose gold stilettos and a matching gold clutch… this is an outfit made to impress! And don’t think that just because you’ve been with your better half since forever you can’t still impress them like you did when you were just getting to know each other (I’ll talk more about continuing to pursue your love after the wedding in a future blog post). And not like you need any assurance from my husband, but he says this outfit definitely does the trick!

Outfit Details:

Lovers + Friends: Skylight Dress Topaz | Merlot | Red

From St Xavier: X Revolve Riley Clutch in Rose Gold

Raye: Brynne Heel in Rose Gold ~$90 for a size 7 on eBay | Revolve.com

Rebecca Minkoff: Linear Triple Drop Earrings

Self Tanner

I’m not really this tan. I used Vita Liberata’s pHenomenal self tanner in “Fair”, finished with their SPF 50 self-tan dry oil. I might step it up to “Medium” tint the next time around. The tanner really works well for me, and it does last a while (but definitely not a full 2-3 weeks as advertised). It says it is “odorless”, but it’s not… though it’s not quite as potent as others I’ve tried. My husband actually said he’s starting to like the smell! Haha. For my face, I use a blending brush from e.l.f. which works waaay better than a hand or the mitt.

Vita Liberata pHenomenal Self Tanner Mousse: Fair | Medium | Dark

Tanning Mitt (any tanning mitt will work)

Self Tan Dry Oil SPF 50

Spread the Love!

I hope you’ve enjoyed these photos and outfits as much as I enjoyed putting this all together for you! I really did have a blast (especially when ordering ginger ale in a martini glass at a bar in downtown Orlando at 10:30 in the morning while wearing 5” tall stilettos!).

Also, I’m totally new to blogging, especially fashion blogging, and I’d love your feedback on everything from the photos, to the outfits, to my writing, product links, the website, etc.! Let me know what you think in the comments below, on my facebook, instagram, twitter, or any where else you might find me around. I’d honestly love to know what you think!

If you really loved this post, please share it, pin it, or tweet it!
